A: The JL Audio Gear Department is an exclusive section of the website that
offers JL Audio branded clothing and accessories to consumers.
Q: Are the items found within the Gear Department available at my
local authorized JL Audio dealer?
A: It is possible for JL Audio Dealers to purchase these items from JL Audio
for resale, but nowhere will you find as complete of a selection as right here
at http://store.jlaudio.com.
Q: How are items shipped?
A: Every product is shipped
via USPS Priority Mail. Though it seems too good to be true, you do not have
to worry about adding any extra money to your order total for shipping. Domestic
Orders Only.
Q: When can I expect to receive my order?
A: The order is usually filled in 3-5 business days and shipping to most locations
in the US via USPS Priority Mail takes an average of 3-4 additional days.
You can expect to receive your order in no more than two weeks from the date
you ordered it.
Q: What if I don't see tracking information for my order?
A: Because JL Audio ships via USPS, tracking information is not available.
Q: Can orders be placed outside of the United States?
A: The JL Audio Gear Department is not set-up to accept orders from outside of
the US. For information on finding JL Audio Gear in your country, contact the
appropriate representative via our contact

Q: Can I arrange for alternate shipping methods... even if I have
to pay?
A: Unfortunately, the store is not set-up to handle any alternate shipping
options at this time. Your product will ship USPS Priority Mail courtesy of
JL Audio.
Q: Why are particular items in the clearance section?
A: The clearance items are typically items that have been discontinued. Because
of this, only select sizes, colors or styles may remain for these items.
Q: If an item is sold out, when will it be available again?
A: If the item is a regularly priced item (not in the clearance section), JL
Audio will make every possible effort to re-stock that item as soon as possible.
Check back often to order the item when it becomes available again.
Q: Is Paypal the only method of payment you accept?
A: Yes and No. PayPal is simply the payment gateway used to process payments
for the store. You do not have to have or establish a PayPal account to purchase
items from the store. You can pay with any major credit card securely... if
you have a PayPal account, you have more payment options. Establish a PayPal

Q: If there is a problem with an item, can I return or exchange it?
A: As with our all of our products, customer satisfaction is important to us.

A: JL Audio online merchandise has a 90-Day Warranty for defects in materials
